Although the winery has grown over many generations — now covering over 38 hectares. It is still family operated and certified organic. This winery continues to amaze us by bringing in exceptional wines at outstanding prices.
The farm is located in the heart of the appellation Côtes de Bordeaux Blaye on the right bank of the Gironde. The vineyards are spread over several common names Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux and Côtes de Bourg.
This gives us a wide variety of soils and offer our customers a wide range of wines.
For ten years, the vines were conducted in pest management where the use of pesticides was calculated based on climatology and the presence of disease. This method of culture has naturally led to a conversion to organic farming.
We strive production in wine making and marketing to offer a wide range and to share our passion.
Everything is implemented, the production aging of wines through the winemaking, in a spirit of continuous improvement of quality.

Wine made from Organic grapes Wine: Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux blanc Grapes and Soil : 85 % sauvignon and 15% sémillon on siliceous clay Vineyard Husbandry : Pruning is guyot simple and double. Grass-growing in every other row where there is not grass, we scratched at the surface and turn the soil to aerate and remove weeds. Notes on the wine - As you approach the glass, with your nose hovering on the top – amazingly powerful aromas of Sauvignon intoxicate you. On the pallet, you will be surprised by how round this wine is; as it’s blended with the perfect amount of sémillon we are able to reach perfect equilibrium. This wine is great alone or to accompany seafood. The wine is ready to drink right after bottling, and will be best in the year or two after bottling. Best enjoyed chilled. Annual Production – 8500 Bottles

Château La Braulterie de Peyraud

This is the Chateau’s namesake wine, perfect for Bordeaux lovers who cannot wait decades to drink wine – this wine could age for 5-7 years but is perfect right now. This is a well-balanced classic Bordeaux style wine. The blend of 75% merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon makes for a wine with fine tannins and good structure. The year in used wood gives the wine slightly wooden notes and a beautiful aromatic complexity.
