L’Effet Papillon: Appelation is IGP Vaucluse. The blend is Syrah and Merlot –
both coming from single vineyards, harvested at separate dates to ensure
optimal maturity and vinified separately; assemblage of 3 month in
stainless steel. No Malo, indigenous yeast.
The wine is a bright, almost glowing ruby red color. Bouquet of violets, raspberry, and lychee.
On the mouth it’s bursting with red fruits, and hints of almost dried or confit fruiy. A very lively,
fruity wine, no tannins, with a subtle almost sweet, spicy on the back palette.
